To be anybody but another name in the Vancouver rave circuit is no small feat for anyone in any situation. The tiny and exclusive circle of locals that entertain us (and well for that matter) on a monthly basis never really seems to grow or change. Therefore before I even bought my first decks I knew I would have to be at the top of my game and at the peak of my skill level and not just another"bedroom DJ" to get ANY respect. Although I have not yet fully achieved my goals, I have since that day learned to adapt to the changing tastes of everyone who attends these events, to always be open to the input and advice of industry professionals and to never forget to play the music I wanna hear. Having already played alongside international superstars Technikal, Rodi Style, Organ Donors and Kutski it's obvious that I have gained a little bit of the respect that i crave. I have evolved musically and techinally at a rate so rapid that even veterans of Vancouver's brutal rave and club scene have taken notice. However I understand that im still deep in the learning phase of my craft and look forward to slowly but surely perfecting my technique and achieving my potential.... i LOVE what i do!
