(from review on Industrial Nation Mag)- 'taking 'Fuck Art Lets Kill' to a whole new level' With a wide background in mulitple styles of music composition to draw upon, Kevin is sure to create a distinct sound that will bring forth the future of music. A life ranging from living as a streetkid to fighting in multiple theatres of the Global War on Terrorism with the US Army and various parts of the DOD allow for him to communicate strong emotions and real life experiences.
Aside from making albums and recording new sounds, I travel the globe taking inspiration from all I see. In return I spin Abnormally long sets for in random and unexpected places. My next event I am planning will be in the industrial laundry facility at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. This set will definatly be up once it is recorded. Hopefully I can get some vids of that one too.....
Anyhow, I normally run Serrato Scratch and integrate my glitch driven Korg mixer to make some interesting creations along the way. I also have set up two other laptops in order to run bass lines through Native Insturments Kore soft synth, and Ableton Live for a fully intigrated sampler.
Currently I am isolated at McMurdo Station in Antarctica and will not be available for bookings off the Ice until mid October. I have a couple dates scheduled for Christchurch and Auckland New Zealand, but hopefully will be able to make it back to Los Angeles for Halloween!
The method to my maddness is simple; I play what I feel like. If Im with my kids, I am more than happy to spin some HappyHardcore for them, but otherwise it is Hardcore, Industrial and Terrorcore that are my main foundations. I often work in conjunction with others and am under no obligations to any company other than my own.
