Loco started his affair with dance music on the Mid North Coast off NSW in the early millennium, and though his style has evolved over time one thing remains constant his passion to engulf a room with his infectious sound of Quirky Electro, House and Dirty Pop.
Loco acquired his love for music from an early age. Influenced firstly by Run DMC Beastie Boys, Guns n Roses, Limp Bizkit & Daft Punk just to name a few. While his discovery for new sounds and exploring genres grew so did his love for music and the magic that it has on people’s emotions.
Inspired early by local DJ’s like Amber Savage, Craig Obey, John Ferris and Mark Dynamik his influences could never be placed into one genre, Loco has the ability to branch between Dirty Dutch, Electro House and Progressive.
Over the years Loco has been honing his skills in clubs pubs and parties which gave Loco the opportunities to gain experience reading crowds and publicly developing his style and sound.
Loco’s expansive range of techniques has been acquired by paying attention to all those around him, quickly adapting to changing moods and performing with flawless ease no matter who the audience. His passion for dance music can be seen every time he performs, from a house party to a packed crowed at a nightclub and has supported such acts as – Hook n Sling, Timmy Trumpet, Nick Galea, Sam la more and Nick Skitz just to name a few and is always looking for new opportunities to get up to his musical mischief.
