I began mixing DnB 9 years ago, whilst at university. I picked it up really quickly, this led to regular gigs in the Student Union Bar, and subsequent private parties. I did a stint on a not to well run Pirate Station in East London. Working my way from Thursday graveyard shift to 10am-12pm on Saturday's. The experience of that station wasn't the best, and so I never tried for Pirate again.
I started listening to Minimal Techno in 2006, and began mixing it in Jan 2008, as I became a bit fed up with the way the DnB scene is run (lack of releases, no raves to go to in London).
I mainly mix as a hobby, and haven't played out in a few years. However the ability and confidence is there to play out if the opportunity should ever arise.
Currently saving up for new equipment which should take my DJ sets to a new level.
